Vend supports the usage of existing barcodes! You can simply scan existing barcodes into the SKU field in the product page, so you don't have to generate new barcodes for your products.
Although we recommend that you use Vend on a stable internet connection, it is still possible to use Vend offline or with a poor connection. Vend's offline mode allows you to perform a number of tasks such as taking cash payments, searching for products, etc., however some features may be unavailable offline.
Vend has direct integration with Shopify, which allows you to connect and sell directly online. Vend also is compatible with other platforms such as eBay, Etsy, Magento, etc.
If stock has been delivered faulty, over supplied or is on consignment, you may need to return them to your supplier. You can create a stock return on Vend and this allows you to have a record of this return as well as easily contact the supplier via email, which can act as a credit request.
To process a return on your sell screen, simply follow the following steps:

Vend supports offline sales. If your internet connection is poor or disconnected, you can still carry out some features on Vend including making sells and cash registry. Once you're back online Vend will automatically sync your sales data.
