The 50% discount applies only to the first year of Company Secretary Service. The service fee for subsequent years will revert to the standard rate of HK$3,000 per year.
This promotion is valid for services contracted from 23 September 2024 until further notice.
The discounted rate of HK$1,500 for the first year must be paid in full upon signing the service agreement.
The discount applies only to the standard Company Secretary Service. Any additional services or out-of-scope requests will be billed at regular rates.
