Leading and working with the audit team to provide professional services to a clients
Coach and develop junior team members
Manage quality and time schedule on job planning including assessment of staff performance
Hands-on experience in handling listed companies audit, IPO, due diligence etc
Maintain good and efficient communication with both engagement team and client personnel
Requirements
Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent
Accounting professional qualification such as HKICPA member or equivalent
Minimum 5+ years of relevant audit experience of which 2+ years at supervisory level
Hands-on experience in handling listed and private companies audits, due diligence, merger and acquisition projects
Familiar with updated HKAS, HKFRS, IFRS and Listing Rules
Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua
Good interpersonal and project management skills
